I logged in on easypay.lightcast.com/login but I can’t watch the content. Why is that?

Access to the content is not provided in your Lightcast EasyPay subscriber account. You can watch the content by installing one of the apps provided on different platforms. New apps may be under construction and about to be released in the near future.

Please contact the content provider to find out which apps you can already use with your subscription.

Where are my login credentials for my subscription?

You received an email from Lightcast.com with your Lightcast EasyPay login credentials upon registering for the subscription (look for an email from Lightcast.com). Please make sure to check the correct email account and your spam folder as well.

Please note that you will receive your login credentials during registration for the subscription. It is recommended that you write down your credentials so that you don’t depend on the confirmation email.

Please keep in mind that the email with your Username and Password is only to confirm that the first step was completed. Your purchase, however, will not be completed until you have entered a valid payment method. You will receive access to the content after the payment has successfully processed.

Why did I not receive an email with my login credentials?

Your confirmation email from Lightcast.com with the login credentials you received during the registration may be in your spam folder. Please also make sure to check the correct email account. Like many other users you may be using multiple email addresses and may have entered a different email address during the registration process (which is why it is highly recommended to note the received credentials and store them in a safe place for future lookup).

Please note that you will not receive an email with your login credentials if you entered the email address incorrectly. Even the smallest typo will send your confirmation email somewhere else.

If you have checked all of your email accounts and their spam folders but still do not see a confirmation email within 30 minutes, please contact customercare@lightcast.com. Your registration for the subscription may need to be purged so that you can register again with a valid email address.

How can I cancel my Membership?

1) Login to your Lightcast EasyPay subscriber account at easypay.lightcast.com/login (you received the Username and Password via email)

2) Once logged in, please click on ‘Invoices‘.

3) On the ‘Invoices‘ page you will find all your Memberships/Subscriptions on the very top of the page. Click on ‘Cancel’ next to your Membership and confirm the cancellation.

I received Username and Password. Why can’t I watch the content?

The email with your Username and Password is only to confirm that the first step was completed. Your purchase, however, will not be completed until you have entered a valid payment method. You will receive access to the content after the payment has successfully processed.

Why did I receive Username and Password although payment wasn't completed?

When you register for a subscription it creates a Lightcast EasyPay account for you immediately, but if your first payment fails or you didn’t complete the payment form, the process is not completed. So, for safety reasons, the account is created and remains in the background so that you are already registered in the system, which now just waits for the first payment. After the payment has successfully processed, you will receive access to the content.

What happens to my subscription if my payment fails?

Your subscription payment is charged to your credit card on file on the same day every month. If your payment fails for any reason (such as a block on your credit card, or lack of available credit line) a 4-day grace period begins to give you enough time to proactively resolve issues with your credit card on file before your access to the subscription-based content is denied. During this 4-day grace period you will continue to have access to the content.

If your payment remains overdue for more than 4 days, your subscription will be set to inactive and will automatically become active again once a payment has been made.

Why does it say »Transaction failed« when I try to register for a Lightcast EasyPay product?

Being a subscription, David Heavener TV need to verify your credit card. Entering incorrect credit card details is one of the most common reasons for a ‘failed transaction’ during the registration process.

Please make sure to enter a valid (and sufficiently funded) credit card or debit card and a valid email address. Please note that, due to regulations for recurring payments, only credit cards or debit cards are accepted.

Prepaid credit cards and prepaid debit cards are not accepted as form of payment.

How do subscription charges appear on my credit card statement?

Subscription charges will appear on your credit card statement as “Cross Media”. Cross Media Corporation is the USD collection agent of David Heavener TV.

Do I receive a refund for my subscription?

Refunds of previously processed payments cannot be granted. Each monthly subscription payment covers the following thirty day period and grants access to the subscribed content until the next payment is due.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my subscription?

Please do not call or email Lightcast.com regarding your subscription, as Lightcast can not answer on any questions related to your subscription. Lightcast is the streaming service provider. Only the owner of the content and provider of your subscription is authorized to speak on his own behalf.

What is Lightcast EasyPay?

You should have received an email from Lightcast.com with your login credentials upon registering. Please make sure to check the correct email account and your spam folder as well, just in case.

Access to the content is not provided in your Lightcast EasyPay subscriber account but only on the publishers apps provided on different platforms. The publisher is the company and brand whose content you are trying to watch.

How can I update my credit card information?

1) Login to your Lightcast EasyPay subscriber account at easypay.lightcast.com/login (you received the Username and Password via email)

2) Once logged in, please click on ‘Invoices’. On the “Invoices” page you will find a payment preferences box on the very right side with your credit card information and a button to update it.

How can I watch the content I subscribed to on Roku?

After you subscribed, you should have received an email with Username and Password (look for an email from Lightcast EasyPay – the payment provider). Open the App you subscribed to on Roku and click on a video. Then click on the “Login” button and enter your login credentials. After you entered the correct login credentials, the App will reload and you should be able to play the content.

How can I watch the content I subscribed to on FireTV?

After you subscribed, you should have received an email with Username and Password (look for an email from Lightcast EasyPay – the payment provider). Open the App you subscribed to on FireTV and click on a video. Then click on the “Login” button and enter your login credentials. After you entered the correct login credentials, the App will reload and you should be able to play the content.

Why am I getting the message "No Event Scheduled" in the player?

This means that David Heavener TV has not sent their live stream yet, and they also did not add a start time for their live event. After the publisher added a start time for their live event it will show a countdown to the next live event instead of “No Event Scheduled” in the player.

This does not mean that the live stream for their event won’t start in case they didn’t add a start time to their live event. The live stream will still be sent even if the publisher didn’t add a start time for the upcoming live event.

Why is the website or player of the publisher, where I am trying to watch, funky or does not resize correctly?

That is something the web developer of the website needs to be made aware of. There are different ways to integrate players on a website, and sometimes the web developer does not want the player to resize for various reasons. It would be good if you inform the publisher about the player not resizing so they know viewers like yourself are looking for that, especially when using specific mobile devices.

Open the App you subscribed to on AppleTV and click on a video. Then click on the “Login” button and enter your login credentials. After you entered the correct login credentials, the App will reload and you should be able to play the content.
